The partner’s engineers set up, monitor, secure and back up each customer’s servers, databases and Kubernetes clusters, with an operations team on watch day and night. Its customers range from software companies that have outgrown a single server to online stores preparing for festive sales, and businesses in finance and healthcare with strict rules about where data lives.
Why hosting in India matters
For many businesses, where their data lives is no longer just a technical choice:
- payment data must be stored only in India under the RBI’s rules;

What we built together
FIRELIFE’s engineers built the software layer that turns a strong hosting operation into a modern service:
- the customer portal: servers, databases, usage, backups, incidents and invoices with GST in one place, with requests raised and tracked without email;
- automated set-up: new environments are defined in Terraform and created in minutes, the same way every time, instead of by hand over several days;
- usage and cost reports: for each customer and project, so customers see what they use and pay for;
- the AI support agent: it reads each ticket, answers routine questions from the partner’s runbooks and knowledge base, and passes the rest to an engineer with the logs and context already gathered.
How the joint offer works for customers
A customer who needs both hosting and software deals with one team. FIRELIFE designs and builds the application; the partner hosts it, runs it, backs it up and watches it around the clock. When a FIRELIFE client needs hosting in India, it goes to the partner, and when a hosting customer needs software, it comes to us.

The customer portal and automated set-up are live, the AI support agent is answering first-line tickets, and joint customers are hosted and supported under the shared offer.
What’s next
