The partnership
This is our investment in a business messaging provider from Noida. It sends SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and voice messages for businesses across retail, finance and education.
Why we partner
Business messaging is moving from one-way alerts to two-way conversations, and conversations need software: chatbots, AI agents and integrations. Our AI agents need reliable messaging, and the partner’s customers need what we build.
How we work together
FIRELIFE invests in the platform and builds the conversation layer on top: a no-code flow builder, an AI agent builder, integrations and a shared team inbox. The AI agents FIRELIFE builds for its own clients run on the partner’s WhatsApp platform.
The company in depth
The partner began in 2014 sending SMS for one-time passwords and alerts, and grew into a full business messaging platform. Today its customers use it for:
- OTPs for logins and payments, where every second counts;
- alerts and reminders, such as order updates, payment due dates, appointment reminders and fee reminders;
- campaigns on SMS, WhatsApp and RCS, with opt-in and delivery reports;
- voice, including IVR, missed-call services and click-to-call.
Messages that fail on one channel can fall back to another, so an OTP or a payment reminder still arrives.
The rules of business messaging
Business messaging in India runs on rules, and the partner handles them for its customers:
- DLT registration: under TRAI’s rules, every sender name and SMS template must be registered on a DLT platform, and messages that don’t match are blocked;
- WhatsApp templates: business-started messages use templates approved by Meta, in marketing, utility or authentication categories, and since July 2025 they are charged per message by category;
- opt-in and quality: customers must agree to receive messages, and senders whose messages are blocked or reported lose their quality rating.
Getting these right is the difference between messages that arrive and messages that don’t.
What we built together
FIRELIFE’s engineers built the conversation layer that turns delivery into dialogue:
- the flow builder: businesses build WhatsApp chat flows for orders, bookings, lead capture and support by dragging steps, without code;
- the AI agent builder: agents that answer from each business’s own documents and FAQs, take actions in connected systems, such as checking an order status in an online store or booking an appointment, and hand over to a person with the conversation attached;
- integrations: online stores, CRMs, calendars and Google Sheets, connected in a few clicks;
- the shared team inbox: every customer conversation across WhatsApp, SMS and RCS in one place, assigned to the right person.
Who uses it
The partner’s customers include retailers sending order updates and running WhatsApp catalogues, lenders sending OTPs and repayment reminders, and schools and coaching institutes sending admission updates and fee reminders. Each of them can now answer customers as well as notify them.
Where it stands today
The flow builder and AI agent builder are live for the partner’s customers, and the AI agents FIRELIFE builds for its own clients run on the partner’s platform.
What’s next
A shared team inbox for every channel, and RCS campaigns alongside SMS and WhatsApp, with rich cards, buttons and verified sender branding.

Questions and answers

What is FIRELIFE Ventures' investment in a Noida messaging company?
It is FIRELIFE Ventures' strategic investment in a business messaging provider (CPaaS) from Noida that sends SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and voice messages for businesses. FIRELIFE builds the conversation layer on top: chatbots, AI agents, integrations and a shared team inbox.
What is CPaaS?
CPaaS, or communications platform as a service, lets businesses send and receive SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and voice messages from their own software through an API, without building telecom infrastructure themselves.
What is the WhatsApp Business API?
The WhatsApp Business API, part of the WhatsApp Business Platform, lets medium and large businesses send approved messages, run chatbots and AI agents, and connect WhatsApp to their own systems, through providers such as this partner.
How is WhatsApp business messaging charged?
Since July 2025, WhatsApp charges businesses per template message, with different rates for marketing, utility and authentication messages. Replies within a customer's open conversation window work differently, so the way a flow is designed affects its cost.
What is DLT registration for SMS in India?
Under TRAI's rules, businesses must register their sender names and SMS templates on a DLT (distributed ledger technology) platform before sending commercial SMS. Messages that don't match a registered template are blocked. The partner handles this registration for its customers.
What is RCS messaging?
RCS (rich communication services) business messaging sends branded, verified messages with images, buttons and carousels to the default messaging app on Android phones, as a richer alternative to plain SMS.
What happens if a WhatsApp message isn't delivered?
Messages can fall back to SMS automatically, so an important alert such as an OTP or a payment reminder still reaches the customer.
What is a WhatsApp AI agent?
A WhatsApp AI agent chats with customers on WhatsApp, answers questions from the business's own information, takes actions such as checking an order or booking an appointment in connected systems, and passes the conversation to a person when needed.
What does FIRELIFE Ventures bring to the partnership?
Investment and the software for two-way conversations: a no-code flow builder, an AI agent builder, integrations with CRMs, online stores and spreadsheets, and a shared team inbox.
Can other companies partner with FIRELIFE Ventures?
Yes. Companies that sell technology and want a build partner can get in touch through the contact page, choosing Partner with you.
