CRM software for small business sales teams: leads, deals and follow-ups in one place, with AI that drafts replies and WhatsApp built in.
Why it exists
Why sales teams lose leads
Most small sales teams don’t lose deals because of price. They lose them because a lead waited too long for a reply. Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp, by email, from IndiaMART, through the website and over the phone, and each one lives in a different place. Follow-ups depend on someone remembering, and when a salesperson is busy or leaves, their conversations leave with them.
What Flare CRM does
Flare CRM is lead management and sales pipeline software in one. Every enquiry lands in a single list, every deal shows its stage, and every deal has a next step with a date. WhatsApp and email are built in, so the whole customer history stays with the deal. AI reads each conversation and drafts the next message, turning a ten-minute reply into a ten-second check.
Who it’s for
Small and mid-size businesses with a sales team of two to fifty people, selling through WhatsApp, email and calls: distributors, real estate teams, education counsellors, agencies, service companies and B2B manufacturers that have outgrown spreadsheets.
Key features
8 features
- 01
Lead capture from every channel
Website forms, WhatsApp chats, Meta and Google lead ads, IndiaMART and JustDial enquiries, emails and calls land in one lead list, matched to the right contact and never duplicated.
- 02
A sales pipeline you can see
Deals move stage by stage with a drag, from new enquiry to won. The whole team sees what is open, what is stuck and what needs doing today.
- 03
AI that drafts the follow-up
The AI reads the conversation so far and drafts the reply, the quote email or the gentle reminder, in English or Hindi. You check it, change a word if needed, and send.
- 04
Today's list, in order of value
Every deal has a next step and a date. Each morning, the day's calls and replies are waiting on your phone, highest-value deals first.
- 05
WhatsApp and email inside every deal
Reply on WhatsApp or email from inside the deal, from a shared business number, so the full history stays with the company when a salesperson changes phones or leaves.
- 06
Quotations with GST
Build a quotation from your price list with GST worked out, send it as a PDF on WhatsApp or email, and see when the customer opens it.
- 07
Reports and forecasts
Which lead source brings deals, which stage loses them, how long deals take to close, what is likely to close this month, and who on the team needs a hand.
- 08
Roles, permissions and audit
Salespeople see their own leads, managers see their team, owners see everything, and every change is logged.
A day with Flare CRM
The day starts with a list. Each salesperson opens Flare CRM to the calls and replies due today, ordered by the value of the deal, with overdue follow-ups at the top.
New leads that arrived overnight from the website, WhatsApp or IndiaMART are already shared out between the team, each one tagged with its source. A salesperson opens a lead, sees everything said so far, reads the AI’s draft reply, adjusts a line and sends it on WhatsApp. They move the deal to “quotation sent”, and Flare CRM sets the follow-up date.
By evening, the owner opens the pipeline and sees what moved today, which deals are stuck and who needs help, without asking anyone for a report.
Leads from every channel, in one list
Flare CRM collects enquiries from wherever customers find you:
- website and landing page forms;
- WhatsApp chats, including click-to-WhatsApp ads;
- Meta and Google lead ads;
- IndiaMART and JustDial enquiries;
- emails to your sales inbox;
- calls, logged with notes from the app.
Each lead is matched to an existing contact where there is one, so the same customer never appears twice. New leads are shared out automatically by round robin, by region or by product, and a lead nobody has touched for too long is flagged to the manager.
AI that drafts, people who decide
The AI reads the conversation on each deal and drafts the next message: a reply to a question, a quotation email, a polite reminder after silence. It writes in English or Hindi to match the customer, and in your company’s tone.
Every draft is a suggestion. Nothing is sent until a person checks and sends it. The AI also suggests which deals need attention today, such as a hot lead going cold or a quotation that was opened twice. Your conversations are used only to help your team, never to train public models.
WhatsApp inside every deal
WhatsApp is connected through the official WhatsApp Business API, on a shared business number. Salespeople reply from inside the deal on their phone or computer, and every message is saved to the deal it belongs to.
When a salesperson goes on leave or moves on, their conversations stay with the company. Approved message templates handle reminders and follow-ups outside the 24-hour reply window, and customers’ opt-in is recorded.
Quotations, follow-ups and closing
Quotations are built from your price list, with discounts and GST worked out. They go to the customer as a PDF on WhatsApp or email, and Flare CRM shows when the customer opens them. Each quotation sets the next follow-up, and when the customer accepts, the deal moves to won with one tap and a payment link can follow.
Reports the owner actually reads
Reports answer the questions owners actually ask:
- which lead sources bring deals, not just leads;
- at which stage deals are lost, and why;
- how long deals take to close, by product and salesperson;
- what is likely to close this month;
- who on the team is overloaded, and who needs a hand.
Your data, your rules
Each company’s data is kept separate, stored in India and encrypted. Salespeople see their own leads, managers see their team’s, and owners see everything. Every change is logged, and you can export all of your data at any time.
Moving in from spreadsheets
Most teams start from a spreadsheet or another CRM. Flare CRM imports contacts, leads and deals, maps your columns to its fields and merges duplicates on the way in. Your team can be working in it within a day.
How it works
4 steps
- 1
Bring your leads in

- 3
Work every deal from one screen
Your team replies, quotes and schedules follow-ups from the same place, on desktop or phone.
- 4
Review every week
Reports show what is working and where deals stall, so the next week is better than the last.

What is Flare CRM?
Flare CRM is customer relationship management software for small and mid-size businesses, built by FIRELIFE Ventures. It keeps every lead, deal and follow-up in one place, connects WhatsApp, email and lead sources, and uses AI to draft replies and remind the team who to contact next.
What is a CRM?
A CRM (customer relationship management) system keeps every lead, customer, conversation and deal in one place, so a sales team knows who to contact, what was said and what happens next, instead of relying on memory, notebooks and personal phones.
What is the best CRM for a small business?
The best CRM for a small business is one the team actually uses every day: simple to set up, built around how you already sell (often WhatsApp and phone calls), and clear about what to do next. Flare CRM is built around exactly those three things.
Does Flare CRM work with WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp is built in through the official WhatsApp Business API. Conversations are saved with the lead and deal they belong to, on a shared business number, so nothing is lost when a salesperson changes phones or leaves the company.
Can Flare CRM capture leads from IndiaMART, JustDial and ads?
Yes. Enquiries from IndiaMART and JustDial, Meta and Google lead ads, website forms and emails arrive in one lead list automatically, with their source recorded, so you can see which channel brings deals.
How does the AI in the CRM help sales teams?
The AI reads each conversation and drafts the next message, such as a reply, a quote email or a follow-up, in English or Hindi. It also suggests which deals need attention today. Every message is reviewed by a person before it is sent.
Can I use Flare CRM on my phone?
Yes. Flare CRM runs in the browser on any computer and as an app on Android and iPhone, so salespeople in the field see the same pipeline as the office.
Is our sales data safe?
Each company's data is kept separate, stored in India and encrypted. Access is set by role, every change is logged, and you can export all of your data at any time.
Can we move from spreadsheets or another CRM?
Yes. Contacts, leads and deals can be imported from spreadsheets or exported from another CRM, with duplicates merged on the way in.
When will Flare CRM be available?
Flare CRM is in development. Businesses that want early access can ask through the contact page, and we will get back to you with dates.
