The partnership
This is our growth partnership with a digital marketing agency in London. It works with small and mid-size businesses across the UK on search, ads, content and brand.
Why we partner
They win and look after clients; we build. Clients get one team for marketing and technology, the agency grows without hiring developers, and we reach businesses in the UK through a partner they already trust.
How we work together
FIRELIFE invests in the joint offer and runs a dedicated development team for the agency’s clients, working under the agency’s name. We also build AI automation for the agency itself, from monthly reporting to campaign set-up.
The agency in depth
The agency runs SEO, paid search and paid social, content and brand work for businesses across the UK, from trades and professional services to online shops and hospitality. Its clients kept asking for new websites, landing pages, online stores and fixes, and freelancers gave mixed results. The agency needed developers it could rely on, without building a development team of its own.
A development team in another time zone
FIRELIFE runs a dedicated team for the agency’s clients: developers for WordPress, Shopify and custom builds, quality checks before anything goes live, and a project lead who works UK mornings.
The time difference works in everyone’s favour. The agency briefs the team in the UK morning, while India is in its afternoon. Work continues through the Indian evening, and updates and reviews are often waiting when London starts the next day. Landing pages for campaigns can go live within days of the brief, and everything is delivered under the agency’s name.
Tracking and consent, done properly
Marketing is only as good as its measurement, and the rules kept changing. Across the agency’s client websites, we:
- moved every site to Google Analytics 4 before Universal Analytics stopped collecting data in July 2023, with events and conversions set up so reporting carried on;
- set up cookie consent under the UK GDPR and PECR, so non-essential cookies wait for the visitor’s choice and refusing is as easy as accepting;
- put Google Consent Mode v2 in place ahead of March 2024, so clients kept their key ad features;
- added server-side tagging where it improved accuracy and page speed.
AI automation for the agency
The agency’s account managers used to spend the first days of every month building reports. Now AI pulls each client’s ads, search and analytics data and drafts the monthly report: the results, what changed and why it matters. Account managers review and edit every report before it goes to the client, and spend the time saved on strategy.
Where it stands today
FIRELIFE’s team builds and maintains websites and stores for the agency’s clients under the agency’s name, tracking and consent are in place across client websites, and AI-drafted reports go out every month.
What’s next
AI agents that follow up the leads the agency’s campaigns bring in, answering enquiries and booking calls for clients who want them, so more of the leads the agency wins turn into customers.

What is Google Consent Mode v2?
Google Consent Mode v2 passes each visitor's cookie choices to Google's advertising and analytics tools. From March 2024, advertisers reaching users in the UK and the EEA needed it in place to keep using key ad features.
What do UK cookie rules require?
Under the UK GDPR and PECR, websites must ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies, such as analytics and advertising cookies, and must make refusing as easy as accepting.
How does AI help with monthly client reports?
The AI pulls each client's ads, search and analytics data, then drafts the monthly report with the results and what changed. Account managers review and edit every report before it goes to the client.
