The company
This startup gives Jaipur’s local businesses a delivery service on demand. A pharmacy, a sweet shop, a grocery store or a restaurant books a delivery from the merchant app, on WhatsApp or from its online store, and a nearby rider collects it within minutes.
Customers follow their order live on a map. Riders collect cash on delivery, and it is settled to the merchant’s bank account the next day.
Why we back it
Every Indian city has thousands of shops that need delivery, and whether delivery makes money depends on how well the software plans each trip. Founders who know the city street by street, and a dispatch engine where we could add the most: that is what we back.
The problem it solves
Local shops take orders on WhatsApp and the phone every day, but have no reliable way to deliver them. Most rely on a shop boy on a scooter, which means closing the counter or saying no.
Quick-commerce companies run their own dark stores and don’t deliver for independent shops. Courier companies are built for parcels across cities, not for a box of medicines across town in forty minutes. So the shops that know their customers best are the ones least able to deliver to them.
How the service works
A merchant books a delivery in one of three ways:
- the merchant app, with saved customers and addresses;
- WhatsApp, by sending the pickup and drop details, without opening any app;
- their online store, through a plugin or the API, so every online order books its own delivery.
The price is set by distance and shown before booking. A nearby rider accepts, collects the order and delivers it, with an OTP from the customer as proof of delivery. Merchants choose instant delivery within the hour, same-day delivery, or a scheduled time.
The dispatch engine
The engine decides which rider takes which order, and in what order:
- batching: orders close together and ready at around the same time go in one trip;
- preparation times: the AI predicts when a restaurant order will actually be ready, so riders arrive as it comes out of the kitchen;
- demand: busy hours, festival peaks around Diwali and Teej, and summer afternoons in Jaipur’s heat are planned for, so riders are where orders will be.
Every trip that carries two orders instead of one makes the business stronger, and the merchant’s delivery cheaper.
What FIRELIFE built
FIRELIFE engineers built the platform with the startup:
- the dispatch engine, with AI batching and preparation-time prediction;
- the rider app, built to run well on low-cost Android phones;
- the merchant app, WhatsApp booking, and the plugin and API for online stores;
- live tracking for customers, and cash-on-delivery reconciliation;
- the connection to ONDC, so sellers across India’s open network can book deliveries.
How we work together
The founders lead operations, riders and merchants; FIRELIFE leads the technology. We review operations data and the product plan with the founders every month, and decide together what to build next.

What does this Jaipur delivery startup do?
It is a hyperlocal delivery startup from Jaipur, backed by FIRELIFE Ventures. It delivers for local shops, pharmacies and restaurants within the hour, with bookings from an app, WhatsApp or online stores, live tracking, and cash on delivery settled to merchants the next day.
What is hyperlocal delivery?
Hyperlocal delivery means delivering orders within one city, usually within the hour, from a nearby shop, pharmacy or restaurant to a customer a few kilometres away.
How is it different from quick-commerce apps?
Quick-commerce apps sell from their own dark stores. This startup delivers for independent local businesses, so the shop keeps its own customers and its own prices.
How does AI route batching work?
The AI groups orders that are close together and ready at around the same time into one rider trip, and predicts when restaurant orders will be ready, so riders wait less and each trip carries more orders.
Can a shop book a delivery on WhatsApp?
Yes. A shop can send the pickup and drop details on WhatsApp, and a rider is assigned without opening any app. Shops can also book from the merchant app or connect their online store.
How does cash on delivery work for merchants?
The rider collects cash on delivery and records it in the rider app. Collections are reconciled every evening and settled to the merchant's bank account the next day.
What is ONDC?
ONDC, the Open Network for Digital Commerce, is India's open network that lets buyers, sellers and logistics providers on different apps work together. Being on ONDC lets sellers across the network book the startup's deliveries.
Which areas does it cover?
It delivers across Jaipur, with Udaipur and Jodhpur planned next.
What does FIRELIFE Ventures bring to the startup?
Investment, an engineering team that built the dispatch engine and apps, the AI behind route batching, and cloud infrastructure.
Can other startups pitch to FIRELIFE Ventures?
Yes. Founders with a working product and early customers can pitch through the contact page, choosing Pitch my startup.
